Where it all began

Hey loves, I’m Cassandra — the heart (and hands) behind Soul Ties Co.

I’m a mom of six, a wife, a dreamer, and a woman who built a business in the middle of life’s beautiful chaos.

Between school pickups, toddler meltdowns, endless cups of coffee, and those early mornings only moms truly understand, I found something that was just for me. Something that gave me purpose outside of motherhood while still allowing me to embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with it.

And that’s how Soul Ties began.

It started with permanent jewelry.

But it was never just about the sparkle. It was about the meaning behind it.

I fell in love with the stories people carry. Friends tying their memories together, mothers and daughters celebrating their bond, couples marking milestones, and women choosing to do something special for themselves.

Every piece tells a story, and getting to be a small part of those moments is something I’ll never take for granted.

Then came spray tanning.

Not just for the glow, but for the confidence that comes with it.

There’s something so special about watching a woman look in the mirror and feel beautiful in her own skin. Whether she’s preparing for her wedding, celebrating a milestone, or simply wanting a little confidence boost, I love being part of that moment.

Because sometimes it’s about so much more than a tan. It’s about feeling like yourself again.

And then came piercings.

This one feels a little different because my love for piercings started long before Soul Ties ever existed.

I’ve loved piercings since I was a teenager. There’s always been something about the way such a small piece of jewelry can express so much personality.

What was once a personal love eventually became something I wanted to pursue professionally. I took that passion, invested in learning the craft, and brought another piece of myself into Soul Ties.

Today, there’s something incredibly special about helping someone choose their next piercing, creating thoughtfully curated ears, and watching their excitement when they see the finished look.

For me, it’s never just about adding another piercing. It’s about self-expression, confidence, and creating an experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and beautiful.

Soul Ties has grown, and so have I.

What began as a little dream has become something I never could have imagined.

A space built around connection, confidence, individuality, and the little moments that make life beautiful.

And through every new chapter, one thing has remained the same: my heart behind it all.

I’m still learning, still growing, and still figuring out how to balance motherhood, marriage, and entrepreneurship. Some days are beautiful, some are chaotic, and most are a little bit of both.

But this little business has taught me so much about myself. About taking chances, trusting the process, finding strength in unexpected seasons, and continuing to show up even when life doesn’t go according to plan.

Soul Ties is more than a business to me. It’s a reflection of the things I love, the connections I’ve made, and the woman I’m continuing to become.
